GENIUS PROJECTS LTD (CPL) shall ensure a safe, healthy work-place for all our employees. Management is accountable for preventing work-place injuries and illnesses. Management will provide top-level support of programmes that would tend towards achieving safer and- healthier work-place, Management would be kept informed about work-place safety and health hazards and would regularly review company safety and health programmes.

Supervisors are responsible for training and supervising workers to ensure best work behaviour aimed at eliminating injuries and illnesses. The supervisor shall lead safety and health efforts by example.

A safety committee shall be responsible for developing HSE programmes and managing work-place safety.
Safety is a shared commitment consequently, all employees are expected and encouraged to participate in safety and health programmes including the reporting and documentation of hazards, unsafe acts and unsafe conditions, incidents and accidents. All employees shall wear fit-to-purpose PPE when and where required.
